[Guide] How to protect my privacy when accepting support via Remote Support for Business?

Personal privacy is the top priority for any person nowadays. As a result, we provide the function for you to protect your personal privacy as needed during a support session on Remote Support for Business.

Kindly remind you that AirDroid is not responsible for any information shared during a session; please follow the tips below to protect your privacy:

  1. Be cautious of the connection request: Check the requester's email as if the email is the person you contact with, not a stranger.
  2. Pause Screen Sharing when sensitive information is involved: The Screen Sharing function will share the information on-screen in real-time. Please always hide any sensitive information, before you insert it or it shows on the screen.
  3. Do not accept irrelevant requests: If the supporter wants to get any information that is irrelevant to the support session, please be aware. Sharing such information via AirDroid Remote Support for Business with your consent is your responsibility.
  4. Never share any financial and personal information: Any supporting session should not involve sensitive financial information (i.e., banking information) and personal information (i.e., personal pictures and videos). If such information is shared via Remote Support for Business, the action is performed with your consent.
