[Guide] How does my customer report bugs or feedback when using Remote Support for Business?

Suppose your customer encounters any issue during a support session or has some great idea they want to share with us. They can submit feedback and attach the log when necessary if they encounter any app issues.

 

To submit the log file or feedback from the supported device:

1. Open AirDroid Remote Support > click on the 3-dots icon on the top right > Choose Feedback

2. Enter your email and insert the detail of the issue > Tap on Attach Error logs Submit
