[Guide] For Chromebook - How do I remote access my devices on AirDroid Business?

Modified on Thu, 10 Oct at 2:59 PM

We provide three platforms to help you remote access your devices as a controller: Admin Console, Desktop Client, and AirDroid Business for Android/iOS. For Chromebook, our Desktop Client does not support Chrome OS for now.

Therefore, if you use Chromebook, you can remotely access the devices either:

1. Using the AirDroid Business App for Android as a controller app.

2. Or using Admin Console as a controller.

Before installing AirDroid Business App, please visit the following links and see if your Chromebook is the supported device that can install Android Apps.

If your Chromebook is supported:

Then you can download the AirDroid Business App for your Chromebook as a controller, and the Biz Daemon for your controlled devicesYou can download AirDroid Business App from Google Play or from our Download Center.

For more details, please refer to Getting Started Step 3: Download the Essential Applications for your AirDroid Business

Please note that:

Our Desktop Client does not support Chrome OS for now. Due to the feature differences between the platforms, you can use the admin console and AirDroid Business for Android to remote access your devices with basic functions.

For what features of the platforms you can use on Chromebook as a controller, please refer to Comparison of Different AirDroid Business Applications.
