You can use Remote Camera, Remote View, or Remote Control on both Admin Console and Desktop Client. To listen to the sound around your remote device, and the two-way audio between the controlled end and the controller is available only on Desktop Client and the controller device so far.
To listen to the sound of your remote device or make a voice call, please make sure you have updated to the latest Biz Daemon (on the Controlled device) and the latest Desktop Client (on the PC Controller).
Acquire remote sound and Voice call is only available in Dynamic Mode, you may be asked to switch modes, please follow the directions.
Please note: Acquire remote sound function can only receive the sound of the surrounding environment through the microphone of the controlled device. It cannot receive the system sound on the controlled device (such as calls, music on the device, etc.).
For Remote Camera / Remote View:
On Desktop Client:
At the lower right-hand corner, click on the ⋮ icon, and you will see the Acquire remote sound and Voice call button.
On the device controller:
Click the Acquire remote sound and Voice call icon at the bottom.
To stop listening or end a voice call, click on the icon again.
