There are three ways to exit the Kiosk mode.
Option 1: Exit the Kiosk mode during Remote Control
If you are using Remote Operation on Admin Console or Remote Control on the AirDroid Business desktop client, you can tap on Remote Control and tap 3-dots > tap the exit kiosk icon. The device will temporarily exit the Kiosk mode.
Note: The device will automatically enter in Kiosk mode after exiting the Remote Control. If your devices are running Android 10 or above, we recommend obtaining the Device Owner permission for optimal experience.

Option 2: Exit the Kiosk mode from the device end
1. Find the ⋮ on the title bar or click the Kiosk icon at the bottom.

2. Click on About

3. Click on Exit Kiosk

4. Enter the Kiosk Secure Code

Option 3: Exit the Kiosk mode from the Admin Console
Exiting Kiosk from Device List - If you did not apply the config file to the group
1. Choose one of your Devices
2. Scroll down and click on Exit Config File

Exiting Kiosk from config file - If you apply the config to a group or you want to lift the Kiosk for multiple devices.
1. Go to Policy & Kiosk > Policy & Kiosk Config Files > Find the corresponding Config File
2. Select the group or devices and click remove
