[Guide] How to upload files to Media Library?

Media Library allows you to upload and import your uploaded files on Presentation. If you like to learn how to create a Presentation for your Android devices, please refer to this article.

Please click the link below to check the process of uploading your files via Media Library:

  1. Upload files from Computer
  2. Upload files from the external link

 

If you need to upload files from your computer, follow the steps below:

1. From Admin Console > Select Workbench > Media Library > Upload files > Select Upload from Computer > Browse and select files from your computer.

 

2. You can select and tap Open to upload a single file. Or you can use predefined hardware key combinations to select and upload multiple files to the Media Library.

 

3. You will see the upload status of your files to the Media Library. Or you can tap Cancel if you need to terminate the operation.

Note: You can drag to move the upload status window if needed.

 

4. After the upload is completed, the files will be on the Media Library. You can download or delete these files if needed. To bulk delete your files, you can check the files you wish to delete by tapping the trash can icon.


Then, you can refer to the Bulk File or the Presentation articles to use the uploaded files.

1. From Admin Console > Workbench > Media Library > Upload Files > Tap Upload Using External Link > Enter the external link you wish to upload.

 

2. You can only paste an active Google Drive URL with public access and should keep the URL available for access.


3. After that, the file will be shown on the Admin Console, and it DOES NOT use cloud storage space, which required you to keep the URL available for access. You can download or delete these files if needed. To bulk delete your files, you can check the files you wish to delete by tapping the trash can icon.

 

Then, you can refer to the Bulk File or the Presentation articles to use the uploaded files.
