[Guide] How to Manage File in Bulk on Admin Console?

The Bulk File function offers significant advantages for managing files on a mass amount of devices. It saves time and effort by simultaneously transferring/deleting files across numerous devices, eliminating the need for manual, one-by-one actions and ensuring the information is the same on all devices.

To access the function, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to Admin Console > click the tab Workbench > find Bulk File

2. Create a Bulk Task or Bulk Deletion.

3. In Bulk Task, you have to upload the files, set the target devices, and adjust settings accordingly.

4. After the files are uploaded, click OK to complete the process.

5. In Bulk Delete, you have to set the File Path and target devices.

6. Check the task information and click Confirm.

7. After the task is set, you can check the operation result or delete the task by clicking the buttons under the Operations column.
