[Guide] Which device is compatible with AR functions on Remote Support for Business?

System requirement for AR function on Android:

For Android Devices, to enable the AR functions on Remote Support for Business, the ARCore must be installed on the device which requests the support.


Please remind the information below for you to use the AR function smoothly:

● The system of the device must be Android 7 or above.
● If your devices do not preload with ARcore, you can directly download the ARcore from Google Play.
● Some devices do not preload with the Google Play app you may find the ARcore on the App store provided by the manufacturer.
● If the ARcore application is not listed on such stores, please consult with the manufacturer to download relevant applications. 


If you want to know exactly whether your devices are compatible with ARCore, please check the list provided by Google: ARCore Supported devices

 

Should your device not have Google Play, and you cannot access the list provided by Google, we have prepared an article and copied the list from Google for you.


System requirement for AR function on iOS:

● The system of the device must be iOS 11.0 or above.
