Admin Console can provide general data for the company's operational needs. You can also set up the Security Policy for the enrolled devices. With the Standard plan, you can even manage the enrolled devices.

Following is the introduction to the Admin Console of AirDroid Remote Support:

Security Policy:

You can set up some policies for the enrolled devices. You can check this article for further introduction. Please note that the Unattended mode is only available for the Standard plan or above.

Dashboard:

1. You can see the Usage of your support time and set a period to generate a graphic of the usage summary. 

2. From here, you can also see the individual employee usage, and if you click on the name of an employee, you can see the connection log of the employee.

Member Management:

1. You can see the number of your purchased/invited seats and manage the existing Employee on this page. This function is only available for the Basic plan.

2. On this page, you can invite employees directly via email or invite an existing member from your AirDroid Business if you have access to AirDroid Business.

Logs:

On this page, you can see the complete logs of Remote Support. You can select the designated time period to combine with the filter to see the record you need.

Members & Groups:

This function allows you to better manage of your supporters and your enrolled devices. You can check this article for further information. This function is only available for the Standard plan or above.

Device List:

This function allows you to manage a specific enrolled device. You can check this article for further information. This function is only available for the Standard plan or above.
