Zero-Touch Enrollment for Android devices streamlines the provisioning process for AirDroid Business. Devices can be configured online and shipped with enforced management, allowing IT departments, organizations, and employees to unbox and use them immediately.
With Zero-Touch Enrollment, you can take advantage of the Managed Google Play Store feature within AMS. During device enrollment, you have the option to utilize the "Add from Managed Google Play Store" feature in the Provisioning Template.
Note: Your device is required to be compatible with Zero-Touch Enrollment (GMS supported and Android 9.0 or above) and purchased from authorized zero-touch reseller partners. They will help you configure your Zero-Touch portal account.
To configure your devices on the Zero-Touch portal account, please contact your reseller for assistance. You can refer to this website for detailed information on zero-touch reseller partners.
Before enrolling the device with Zero-Touch Enrollment, you will need to bind with your Gsuite/company email. If you have not bind with your Gsuite/company email , please refer to this article to finish the process first.
To enroll your device with Zero-Touch Enrollment, please refer to the following instruction.
1. Log in to the Zero-Touch portal > Configurations > tap on + icon to create a new configuration.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Device Enrollment > Zero Touch > Select the provisioning template > tap on the Copy icon on the Configuration code.
Please make sure that you have finished setting the Provisioning Templates. If you have not completed the Provisioning Templates settings, please refer to this article to complete your Provisioning Templates settings.
3. Go back to Zero-Touch portal and paste the configuration token on the DPC extras.
Then, please select Android Device Policy on EMM DPC and complete your company information in the rest of the columns.
4. Tap on Devices > Find the device that you wish to enroll > Select the configuration file you just created > tap Save to proceed.
5. Power on your device and connect it to the network, and please follow the instruction to complete the initialization process.
If your device is already in use, please go to the settings on the device to factory reset your device.
Note: If necessary, back up or sync all necessary app data before factory reset.
6. After installation, find and open Biz Daemon on the device, and then follow this article to grant all the permissions.
After these steps, the Biz Daemon should work to align with your needs.
Just a reminder, the Biz Daemon layout, and options might be different from the screenshot in the article, depending on the Android System version and the device model.
