How to register AirDroid Business as your Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider?

With Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider Setup, you can access advanced EMM features in AirDroid Business such as Android Enterprise (AE) Enrollment, Zero-Touch Enrollment, Samsung KME Enrollment and Managed Google Play.

 

In this article, we will introduce:

How to set up AirDroid Business as your Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) provider

How to unenroll your business email account from AirDroid Business

 

To bind the G Suite or organizational domain email with AirDroid Business, please follow the steps below:


1. Go to Devices > Device Enrollment > tap on Android Enterprise/Zero Touch/Samsung KME Enrollment > Click Register/Bind with a business email address.

 

Or click the Apps > App Library > Managed Google Play Store


2. You will be redirected to a Google page and requested to insert a business email address (ex: name@company.com) or a Google Workspace account.

3. If this is the first time you activate Android Enterprise with your Google Workspace email or are binding Android Enterprise with your working email, you will have to verify your email address.

If you have already activated Android Enterprise before, you only need to login with the password, and the process will be completed.

 

4. Insert the information requested by Google.

5. If the email is not created based on Google Workspace but any other enterprise solution, you will have to set a password for it.

6. From here, you just need to accept what Google is requesting and complete the process. Once the process is completed, you will be redirect back to Admin Console.

 

After the Android Enterprise (AE) setup is completed, please refer to this article to enroll your device with Android Enterprise and manage all your devices. For Samsung devices, please refer to this article to enroll your devices with Samsung KME Enrollment.


If you need to unenroll your business email account from AirDroid Business


Reminder: once you unenroll your account from AirDroid Business, all devices enrolled with Android Enterprise, Zero-Touch and Samsung KME Enrollment will be unenrolled from AirDroid Business and factory reset. Please proceed with the caution.


1. Log in to AirDroid Business Admin Console > Devices > Device Enrollment > tap on Android Enterprise (AE) > Android Enterprise (AE) Configuration > tap on Unenroll from Android Enterprise.


2. You will receive a warning message and tap Confirm to enter your login password for the unenrollment.

3. Once you receive the confirmation email and this message, it means your business account is unbound from AirDroid Business.
