AirDroid Business Device Compatibility: What devices can be used?

AirDroid Biz Daemon can work on most of the devices:

Mobile phones, tablets, and radios
Digital signage
Media content boxes
Kiosks machines
Smart TVs
Home appliances
Vending machines
etc.

Please note that we try our best to support all Android devices, these are the system requirements for an Android device to be controlled:

Minimum specifications	Recommended specifications
2 GB RAM	4 GB or above
Android 4.4 (Only available for Rooted)	Android 7 or above

Note: If you need to use Kiosk and your regular enrolled devices are Android 10 or above, please refer to this article.

We suggest you fully test our MDM solution, especially if your devices do not meet our recommended requirements and Non-Google certified. (without GMS services)

There are some restrictions if your devices are on the minimum specification:

Due to limited system resources, such as RAM and CPU, Biz Daemon may be terminated from the background, and you may be unable to connect your devices. Please refer to this article.
View Mode is NOT available below Android 5.

Some OS or devices is supported, but the compatibility might be lower:

Android Go
Non-vanilla Android systems, such as Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Samsung, etc.
Customized Android systems, such as TV boxes, Digital signage, NUC (mini PC), etc.

If your devices are on the Android above-mentioned, some permissions, such as Accessibility, may be reverted to save system resources. Please refer to this article.

Due to system limitations, some devices are unavailable for Kiosk; please refer to this article.

Below is the list of supported browsers you can access in the AirDroid Business Admin Console:

Using other browsers or older versions of the above may affect your experience of the Admin Console. It is recommended that you update to the latest version of the browsers mentioned above.
