Enrolling a device in your organization will tremendously increase the security and privacy of the device owner when receiving support. Please refer to the pricing page to check what and how many devices your plan can be enrolled in.
Before you start the enrollment process, please follow the steps below to find the deployment code first:
1. You can find the Deployment Code at the bottom of the Security Policy page or in every device group.
2. You can also find the Deployment Code on the Desktop Client.
To enroll a Windows device, please click here.
To enroll an Android device, please choose one of two methods below:
Insert or scan the deployment code with the client's device.
Scan the deployment code on the client's device with the supporter device.
Insert or scan the deployment code with the client's device
1. Open the AirDroid Remote Support application on the client's device
2. Click "Organization & Unattended Mode"
3. Choose "Business User"
4. Manually enter the deployment code or click the scan icon on the right, you can find the deployment code on the admin console, AirDroid Business application, and AirDroid business desktop client.
5.Choose the mode you want to enroll the device in and complete the process.

Scan the deployment code on the client's device with the supporter device
1. Open the AirDroid Business application and log in to your account
2. Click the add device icon on the top right
3. Click the scan icon on the top right
4. Scan the QR code shown on the AirDroid Remote Support application of the client's device
5. Choose the device group on the controller
6. Click the "OK" on the client's device after the countdown to complete the process
To enroll a Windows device, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click the Enroll button on the endpoint client.
2. Insert the Deployment Code and Click Enroll.
3. There will be a warning message, wait 5 seconds, click accept, and choose the modes you want to enroll the devices as.
