Why didn't I receive the Verification or Reset Email from AirDroid Business?

After signing up for AirDroid Business, you would need to verify your email via a verification email. If you still did not receive the verification email after checking the spam mail, please follow the steps below to complete the process:

To complete the verification process:

1. Click on your name on the upper-right hand corner, then click on User Center
 If you have exited this page, don't worry, please follow another way down below to verify your email.

2. You will see your account info page. The information displayed here includes AirDroid Personal account, which was automatically generated for you when you signed up for a Business account.

3. Scroll down the page and click on AirDroid Business Admin Console as pictured.

4. A new verification email will be sent to you. You can click on Resend to try again, or Change Email if you are having problems with the current email address.

5. Once you have successfully received the email, please click on Verify your email address.
If you can not find the verification mail, please check it in your spam mail first. If you still can not find the mail in spam, please add no-reply@airdroid.com to allowlist and resend the confirmation mail again.

6. After that, you now have verified your email. You will be asked to provide some basic information about your company, and you will have access to the Admin Console.

1. Do not make purchases for the AirDroid Business account at this page. The account information displayed here is for AirDroid Personal.

If you have exited the applying page, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in Here and enter the email and password you used when you signed up. 

2. After signing in, you will be prompted with the following message:

3. Go to your email inbox (also check the spam folder), click on "Verify your email address"

4. Enter your business profile and click Save, and now you have the access to your Admin Console.
