[Guide] How to Find and Utilize the Report Function on AirDroid Business?

Report functions provide the necessary data for managers to export and analyze. With the analysis, managers can refer to the information to adjust and improve the operation accordingly.


Scheduled Reports are now accessible and automate the process of sending device reports to managers, aligning with their preferred schedule. You can refer to this article for detailed information.

 

To find and utilize the Report Function, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Workbench tab>Choose Reports tab

2. Choose one of the reports to see the information or you can create a scheduled reports of the specific report.

To create a scheduled report, please check the steps below:

1. Tap on Reports > There are 3 ways to create a scheduled report as shown in the screenshot.

2. Select Report Type (if applicable) > Select the information you wish to export.

3. Then, select Report Delivery Frequency and Time on Delivery Settings > Select the receiver on Send Report to Email > Click OK

To export the report, please check the steps for each report below:

  • For Data Usage report: Click on Export>Select the information you wish to export>Click OK

  • For Device Inventory report: Set the Device Filter and Export directly or export after checking the result of the filter.

  • For Account Activity report: Set the filter first before clicking Export.

  • For All Applications report: Click Export > Select the information you wish to export>Click OK

  • For Device Availability report: Select the information you wish to export (e.g. Date, Device Range) > Click Export or you can tap OK to view your data and tap on Export in the upper right corner.

  • For Device Connectivity History report: Select the information you wish to export (e.g. Model, IMSI) > Click Export or you can tap OK to view your data and tap on Export in the upper right corner.


  • For Device Remote Access Report: Select the information you wish to export (e.g. Model, IMSI) > Click Export or you can tap OK to view your data and tap on Export in the upper right corner.


  • For Screen Time Report: Click Export > Select the information you wish to export>Click OK
