Scheduled Reports can boost the efficiency of your business operation by sending the reports of your devices per your managers' schedule, reminding them, and letting them check the essential information of the devices directly via email. These reports can provide you with important insights and metrics that aid in tracking the usage of your devices.
We provide six different reports to be sent as scheduled:
- Data Usage Report
- All Applications
- Device Availability Report
- Device Connectivity History
- Device Remote Access Report
- Screen Time Report
There will be more reports to be included in this function. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
Let us briefly introduce the function and how it works:
- Export Setting: You can choose which devices or groups of devices should be included in this tab. For All applications, you can additionally choose what types of applications should be included.
- Delivery Setting
- Frequency: This setting affects what period of information will be included and the frequency of delivering the report. For example, the content of the daily report will only contain the information collected from the previous day, and so on. The one-time schedule report will have the information for the past 30 days.
* Reminder for Monthly report: If a certain date does not exist in a certain month, the system will send the report at the end of the month. - Time Zone: This setting affects when the report content is collected and when it will be sent. To illustrate further, if you want your devices' data usage for January 1st, the information will be collected right at the end of January 1st GMT+0 and the time format will be based on GMT+0, not the end of that date in GMT+4 or other Time Zones.
- Time: This setting affects when the receiver will receive the report. Just a reminder, the interval between setting the scheduled report and the time you receive the report must be over 1 hour. In addition, the information in the report will always be collected at the end of the date before the sending date.
- Frequency: This setting affects what period of information will be included and the frequency of delivering the report. For example, the content of the daily report will only contain the information collected from the previous day, and so on. The one-time schedule report will have the information for the past 30 days.
- Send Report to Email: You can choose who should receive the report in this tab. If the receiver is not one of the invited members, please choose Others and insert the email manually. You can also input additional content according to your need.
Please note that the All Applications report does not have any time factor as other reports, so thus the data will be collected right before the report is ready to be sent.
